In 2005, approximetly 5 acres of land was leased from Riverside County on the French Valley Airport in Murrieta, California. 110,000 sq feet of hangar space for aircraft storage and 4,000 sq ft of offices were contructed and an offsite aviation fueling terminal was also built. Upon completion and leasing of the project, the entire development was sold in 2008
